Using the stonecutter’s skill, two fancy cut aquamarines, total weight of 2 carats, are each honed into six sided marvels. Set north and south, the icy blue gems are set into an exceptional mounting of 14k white gold.
The filigree work creates an undulating vine-like appearance along the sides and shoulders as an open work basket type under gallery highlights the mount.
A arc of a ribbon catches the eyes as do petite flowers and openwork scrolls and acanthus leaves along with intricate shapes. Trumpet shaped shoulders and a slender shank finish this vintage ring.
