Story
The inscription on the interior says it all. "Mrs. M. Hill, From Her Father" and March, 1887.
The story is still clear after nearly 135 years...a loving gift from a father to a daughter. Worn as far more than the beautiful jewel that it is, but representing the bond between father and daughter.
Created in 18k yellow gold, the ring's top is studded with three natural, fine blue sapphires and old cut diamonds forming three conjoined clusters.
Exceptionally radiant, the sapphires are true blue, lively, and full of bright highlights. Open work for the under gallery with a crown or "U" shaped design, this adds a distinctive look to this antique Edwardian ring.
