Story
Entirely handmade, the Victorian's lent their impeccable aesthetics and remarkable craftsmanship to this lyrical diamond and sapphire ring.
Just because it is so unusual, the pierced mounting deserves special mention. In silver, the theme of acanthus leaves curling and winding around the setting are simply outstanding.
Atop this, a cluster of rose cut diamonds rest in petal shapes. Their total weight adds up to .35 carats, and their color is I-J, and their clarity SI1-3.
At the center of the blossom, a medium-hued cornflower blue sapphire at .20 carats, shows off bright highlights with its saturated, stand-out color.
The rose cut diamonds are set closed backed. Where metal touches the finger, note how the silver is lined with 10k patterned rose gold, as is the shank.
