A diamond shape center in four parts holds four old European cut diamonds totaling .20 carats. Their color of H-I shimmers white to the eye, their clarity of SI2-3 (for clear inclusions) radiates clear light.
At each corner a fancy cut synthetic sapphire (correct for the period) equate to a total of .25 carats. The depth of color so rich, it adds to the whiteness of the 18k gold and the diamonds.
