In 1919, the company was recognized for its skills in diamond cutting, wedding ring making and for the manufacturing of fine gold and platinum jewelry and they opened a retail shop located at 15 Maiden Lane in New York City. The company merged with Lenox, Inc. (Keepsake Division) of New Jersey in 1970 and their wedding rings were sold under “Art-Carved”. The company formally changed its name in 1975 to Art-Carved, Inc. Still in business today, the company is recognized for its well designed wedding rings.
