Story

A variation on the theme of Ouroboros together for the eternal return, a large 14k yellow gold snake with black enamel accents grasps within its jaws a smaller snake of 14k rose gold. The ancient image is oft represented during the Victorian era and symbolized never-ending love. The more powerful golden snake is crowned with a large triangular shaped diamond of .50 carats of actual diamond weight (J-K color; SI1-2 for facet edge wear) with ruby red eyes. The more delicate rose colored serpent sports a rose cut diamond as coronet. A split shank imbues the period ring with the essence of royalty.

Date: Circa 1890.
