Story

Perhaps the quintessential color combination of the Art Deco era is the contrast of blue sapphires and diamonds. Here an estimated 1.25 carat old European cut diamond with J-K color and clarity of VVS2-VS1 is set in an 18k white gold mount with lovely details and an octahedral shape. The shoulders are each set with a natural sapphire in a geometrical half moon shape. Open and pierced metal work shoulders and sides are accentuated with delightful floral motifs.

This ring circa 1930 comes with an International Gemological Institute (IGI) certificate for a retail replacement value of $11,285.
