Story

Testifying to the delicacy and fineness of the metal work of the Edwardian era, this platinum ring features six (6) old European cut diamonds with very high crowns – the part of the diamond that is above the girdle which consists of the table or largest facet on top of diamond and the crown facets below it for intense fire. The central diamond of about .30 carats is surrounded with five (5) additional ones with an estimated total of .50 carats bringing the total estimated carat weight of the ring to .80 carats with a color range of I-K and SI1-2 clarity.

The lovely antique platinum mount is appointed with fine mille grain metal work caressing each of the sparkling gems in a stylized twirling star design motif. The modified hexagonal mount is highlighted with a lace-like filigree of open work graced with leaf patterns all in an overall dome configuration.
