Purchasing - Returns & Refunds

If for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping.

How it Works

Notify us of your intention to return the item within three (3) days of receipt. You may contact us by email or by telephone. We ask that you ship back to us within another two (2) days after we receive notification from you. As soon as we receive the item we refund your money in full.

Gift Giving - Giving this as a gift and need just a little longer? Just contact us at the time of purchase and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Refunds

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of shipping and insurance (if charged). We stand by every item as stated that we present for sale.

Refunds will be issued within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the item in like condition. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment.

However, if the piece is not to your complete satisfaction there is no negotiation for a partial refund.

Modified or Altered Items

Modified, damaged or altered items cannot be accepted for return. However, if The Three Graces undertakes any alteration of the jewelry on your behalf (ring sizing for example), refunds may be possible but are taken on a case by case basis and are usually for a store credit good indefinitely. You may wish to consult with us prior to the alteration.

Instructions for Returns - Two Methods

General Instructions

1. Pack Carefully. Pack all the jewelry or objects carefully so they don't knock against each other or within the box - if it rattles, please use more packing material.

2. Double Box. Please use the gift box from your purchase (if applicable) and place inside of a mailing box(es).

US Mail

We recommend sending any returned items to us using the U.S. Postal Service via "Registered Mail". This service usually takes 3 to 5 days but is very secure, inexpensive and allows insurance in chosen increments up to $25,000. Federal Express

1. Save your Federal Express box(es) from the shipment. Use these to repack the item(s). If discarded, obtain new boxes from any Kinko's/Federal Express store near you.

2. Contact us for label and insurance instructions.

3. Drop off your package at a local Kinko's/Federal Express office. You may call 1-800-GO-FEDEX or visit their website at www.federalexpress.com for locations and information.
