Multiple Items - Want to purchase more than one item? Just add the item number(s) in the "Comments" section of the online ordering page and any additional purchases will be added to your order.
Pricing - Our pricing policy is to mark our collections at a fair value, and not to overly inflate just to falsely mark down later. We have a reputation for pricing reasonably and fairly even given our extensive and fine collections in such fine condition, our expertise and our commitment to stand behind all our jewelry as period, with no reproduction pieces represented. We trust you understand.
Holds, Sale Pendings - Don't see the "Purchase Now" button? If the item is "On Hold" or "Sold", this option is unavailable. You are welcome to email us regarding the status of an item "On Hold". We mark our items "Sold" after the client has paid, received the purchase and is thoroughly satisfied.
Shipping - We usually ship within one to two business days (sometimes even the same day!); our preferred shipping method is Federal Express for swift and secure receipt of your purchases.
