*Before you Buy* - Very few items are returned to us and if items are returned the most common reason is the scale or size of an item. Specific measurements are always provided and it is suggested you read through each item description very carefully and pay particular note to its size and scale and ensure it will fit and be appropriate for the ultimate wearer. Rings can almost always be sized and if they cannot this will be in the description but do measure wrists, necks, etc. for fit and comfort.

Holds - Want to place an item on hold? Simply select that item by clicking on it, and choose "Reserve This Item" link at the bottom of the page under the description.

Condition - A thorough condition report is included in the item description along with many photos. We can also provide more details and photos if you desire. No jewelry is stored on our premises (but at bank safe deposit boxes) so photos or detailed answers to your questions may take a day or two so we ask your understanding.

Item Availability - On a very rare occasion, an item may already be sold, but not reflected as such on the website. Every effort is made to keep our website up-to-the-minute. You are welcome to email us to check if an item is available.

Shipping - We usually ship within one to two business days and our preferred shipping method is UPS for US orders and Federal Express for International locations for swift receipt of your purchases.

Holds, Sale Pendings - Don't see the "Purchase Now" button? If the item is "On Hold" or "Sold", this option is unavailable. You are welcome to email us regarding the status of an item "On Hold". We mark our items "Sold" after the client has paid, received the purchase and is thoroughly satisfied.
