Petite Heart Rock Crystal Locket

A charming and petite pure rock crystal double sided heart locket. Most of these are a standard size, this one in the only one we have seen in this miniature version. Yellow gold over silver, it is perfect for a charm bracelet, as a pendant by itself, or on a chain at the neck with many other charms.
Measurements: Length is 5/8 of an inch (1.2 cm) or just over 3/4 of an inch with the top second bale (2.2 cm); width is 5/8 of an inch (1.6 cm); depth is 7/16 of an inch (1 cm). Weight of 3.1 grams (2 dwt).
Condition: Excellent.
Date & Origin: Circa 1880 - 1900.
