Love's Attractor - Art Deco Diamond Cluster Ring
Circles meet a square motif in a cluster of seven (7) old European cut round diamonds that have been cleverly arranged in a dome of brilliance within a square that gives the visual impact of a much larger diamond. Bridged shoulders are accented with six (6) single cut diamonds, three on each side. The total estimated diamond weight for the ring is .45 to .50 carats. Set into an 18k white gold mount, the open and pierced gallery provides elevation suggesting even greater magnitude.
Measurements: ¼ of an inch (0.6 cm) north to south on the finger by 5/8 of an inch (1.5 cm) in width from diamond to diamond and rises just shy of ¼ of an inch (0.6 cm) from the finger. This ring has a weight of 2.5 grams (1.6 dwt).
Ring Size: US size 6 1/2 (UK M 1/2; Euro 17; 53.5 mm) and easily sized. Ring sizing information.
Date: Circa 1930 - 1935
Note: All diamond weights are approximate since the stones were not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.
