Garlands in Gold - Heart Double Locket

Garlands of entwined flowers and leaves trail across the front surface of this locket pendant. Opening reveals two locket compartments still retaining their original frames and an interior with a hallmark of 14k. Of yellow gold, there is a hidden hinge and fingernail slit for opening. The original plastic covers are now missing but we are happy to supply a pair if you wish.
Condition: Excellent
Hallmarks: 14k and an unidentified maker's mark.
Measurements: 1- 9/16 inches (4 cm) in length including top two "O" fittings; with only the top "O" fitting it is 1-5/16 inches (3.3 cm) by 1-3/16 inches (3.1 cm) in width by 3/16 of an inch (0.5 cm) in depth. Has a weight of 10.9 grams (7 dwt).
Date & Origin: Circa 1915 and is American in origin.
