Two forget-me-not flowers adorn this hessonite garnet gold ring.
Bezel set, the hessonite is faceted and oval in shape. For added drama, the bezel, flowers, and three beads of gold that cascade down the sides are featured in 18k rose gold.
The remainder is 18k yellow gold. Textured and patterned with flowers, leaves, and abstract designs, the band is a medium with an patterned entirely around.
This pattern is typical of gold and silver work from the British Isles.
It is English in origin and dates to about 1890 from the jewelers, "G.E. Walton & Co. Ltd." of Birmingham. It rests low on the finger and you won't find another as we have rarely offered hessonite garnet jewelry!
