Story

From the former firm of Coley Brothers comes this striking and handsome 18k gold antique ring.

The top half appears as if woven (although it is one solid piece) in burnished to perfection in yellow gold.

Diagonal stripes interplay with dollops of gold and on each edge, a twisted wire-like arrangement helps to cap and define the interior.

Ideal as an everyday ring for any gender, it can be worn in a myriad of ways - as a striking wedding ring, stacked band, or an anniversary keepsake.

It is weighty and sturdy, yet light enough to be comfortable; its long caresses create a silken smooth finish.

Note: A great resource for identifying hallmarks is silvercollection.it that references numerous countries and marks including England for both silver and gold.

From that website, we quote "William Henry Coley trading as Coley Brothers jewellers, 119 Vyse Street, Birmingham, various marks entered in Chester from 1889 to 1934". With thanks to them.
