Story

Myth buster...rose cut diamonds don't sparkle like other diamonds.

Truth...while they do have an entirely different presence due to their facet structure, less doesn't always mean, well...less.

This ring provides the proof. A flower in diamonds and silver takes those large chunks of planar surfaces of the diamonds and reflects and refracts some serious light.

These are double rose cuts, with two "tiers" of polished and angled surface for extra glinting action. Foiled beneath, the center is set in a circular crimped collet and the "leaves" in pointed and tipped petals of silver.

Chased with flowers the 10k rose gold wide shoulders tapered to a medium width smooth polished band at the back.

What you need to know...these are old and original diamonds. Their color blends one yellow green diamond, three champagne diamonds, and the rest silvery gray in look for their foiling beneath. With the look of 2.05 carats, because of their flat backs, the actual diamond weight of 1.5 carats.

See the video, as to the eye, these all look matched in color possessing a soft and wonderful old-world appearance.

THE FINE PRINT

Due to the nature of antique & vintage jewelry, many diamond and gemstone weights are calculated by measurements, not removed. Actual weights are noted in the item's description. Grading of diamonds and gemstones may vary slightly when removed.

HONESTY

Being as honest as possible about the items we represent for sale is our ultimate goal! Our pricing is industry recognized as fair and equitable with value as the byword.

Date: Flower cluster is circa 1800, shank circa 1880.
