Story

In their original fitted box, this charming demi-parure of earrings and a matching brooch highlight the art of enameling at its finest.

Angel heads are meticulously depicted with their auburn curly locks, sea blue eyes, blush cheeks, crimson lips and wings of white, violet and royal blue. In a diamond shaped, on a brick colored ground, their faces appear life like and three dimensional.

In 18k yellow gold, the set features the enamel diamond with miniature portraits which are placed higher than the rest, on a plinth of gold to frame the images.

Beneath and at angles, textured and ornate gold work has been scalloped then taille d'epargne inky-hued enamel has been applied.

The original fitted box is also scalloped in shape, and printed to the interior cover, "Henry Capt. Fabricant Geneve, Horologerie, Bijouterie (watchmaker and jeweler).
