Story

Luminescent as if lit from within, this natural aquamarine ring is both tranquil in color and yet bursting with shimmer.

An impressive size, it measures just over 17 x 11.5 mm or 11/16 inches by 7/16 inches. Due to its closed back setting, white we can't be sure of its depth to estimate with total accuracy, it comes in at 6.75 carats of the purest hues of sky blues that you can imagine.

Foiled beneath, the faceted oval is set in 14k yellow gold in a crimped collet mounting. Georgian in date around 1820, the shank blends beautiful but was added later. Likely this has been converted to a ring from a larger piece of jewelry. Rare to fine such a large Georgian aquamarine!
