Story
A wedding ring comes down to us from 1899 or 122 year ago and still in amazing condition.
In the romantic orange blossom pattern, often used in connection to weddings and brides, this motif is symbolic of purity and fertility. An an all-over pattern, the ring is convex in shape with a plain, thin border above and below the flowers.
Fashioned in platinum over 18k yellow gold, which cannot be seen when worn, the interior is hand engraved in script, "HP and CFP June 8, 1899". From the Edwardian period, it is American in origin.
