Combine the sacred earth, flowing waters and the touch human hands to arrive at this enchanting brooch pendant.

Created with Mississippi freshwater baroque pearls, yellow gold and a diamond, the image is of a lily white flower in full bloom. In three dimensions, three tiers of graduated pearls provide the illusion of petals bursting reaching for the sun.

Note how the largest pearls were carefully chosen for their "V" tips, further enhancing the floret motif. With aesthetic influences from both the Art Nouveau and Edwardian eras, it remains timeless.

Twenty-one pearls maintain their alabaster sheen as if they were just plucked from the riverbed. An old European cut diamond of .20 carats (color K-L, clarity SI2-3) mimics the disc of this flower that will not fade.

Gold of 14k makes up the setting with both a brooch fitting as well as a loop to wear as a pendant.
