Story
Rose cut diamond lovers take note. Not every day do you see "must wear" rock crystal earrings cut so that they are reminiscent of rose cut diamonds.
The top of each rock crystal forms a dome of facets that equates to brilliant, rainbow refraction. Looking down from above, a star shape appears that is made up of triangles and geometric forms that catch the light in a myriad of ways. A step below this, more facets add up to more eye appeal.
With the equivalent look of a 14 carat diamond for each stone, you can't say they don't have pop and presence. Yet balancing size, the icy clear quartz pulses with subtle colors creating an undeniably style forward but not overwhelming look.
The setting is vermeil, or gold, over sterling silver. Russian in origin, they date to 1997.
