Wide and weighty at 9/16 inches, the front face is alive with color and radiance in the form of two aquamarines and 3 old European diamonds.
Both cut into diamond shapes, the aquamarines totaling 2.75 carats. With a total of .45 carats, the diamonds are alive with life and sizzle (color H-J, clarity SI1-2).
Aquamarines are among the more unusual gemstones found in Edwardian and Art Nouveau bangles. Diamonds, peridots and sapphires are far more frequent. This is the first aquamarine bracelet of its type ever offered in our 20 plus year history.
The entire bangle is patterned to the exterior with flowers, swirls, and flourishes adding texture, lines, and visual interest to the whole.
To the interior, the inscription, "E..L.H., and the date, Dec. 14, 1907. The oval bangle is hinged.
