Story
Stylish, chic and one-of-a-kind, this Victorian onyx diamond ring creates an elongating illusion for the finger.
Designed of 14k yellow gold, it snugly holds a marquise shaped plaque of onyx. Each end has an inward facing arrow-shaped section carved out to hold two gold end caps.
Flared and three dimensional, there are three-part elements suggestive of a leaf or flower top. At the center is set a .65 carat old mine cut diamond of effervescent brilliance.
The color is H-I, clarity I1 and creates a non-stop focal point against the night magic black beneath.
The shoulders possess both open work, surface details and linear ornamentation for extra visual interest. From circa 1870, it is an unforgettable and wearable adornment.
