Story
With a garnet as warm as an open-air fire and diamonds as brisk and scintillating as the chill night air just beyond the flames' influence, this ring simply lights up your nights or days.
A superb oval, faceted claret-hued garnet of 3.85 carats sizzles from within its exceptionally clear depths. Cinnamon hues, ember reds, and deep wine all illuminate the finger.
Set in silver, twelve old European cut diamonds are carefully placed within crimped collet mountings. The precious metal comes up and nearly over the sides in a typical Victorian fashion.
With a total weight of .84 carats, their color reads white to the eye at H-I, and their clarity is SI1-2. Their open culets and chunky faceting allow their brilliance to leap out.
The mounting is 18k yellow gold with an open arch in the under-gallery and shoulders, then divide into three parts, then merge into a polished tapered shank.
