Story
Some gemstones are so superior, one wonders how in comparison to others of the same family, that they are even the same gem.
In this ravishing almandine garnet ring, one look easily tells you the gemstones are above and beyond the norm. Clear, aglow and full of the brightest of plum and raspberry shades, the three together add up to 1.40 carats of unstoppable luminosity.
Aligned vertically, one is an oval and two are round faceted gems. On each side, three cultured half seed saltwater pearls provide purity and contrast. In 10k rose gold and American in origin, the ring dates to the 1860s.
