The setting of 15k yellow gold (with white gold over yellow on the prongs for the diamonds) was created for tailored simplicity with a touch of extra in the under gallery designs and three striations on each side of the shoulders. the diamond color is white to the eye at H-I, clarity of SI1-3.

Note: The English began using 12k and 15k gold in 1854 as well as 9k, 18k and 22k. This lasted until the year 1931 when gold standards changed and 14k replaced 12k and 15k. The others remained.
