Monochromatic creations and pared down lines characterized the works of the 1930s and the Art Deco. The pendant necklace featured here employs a rock crystal plaque appointed with a landscape of a windmill formed from 14k white gold wire work.
Situated in the upper right and representing the blazing sun is a single cut white sapphire of .02 carats bounded by a quadrilateral with subtle curves. The gem is centered within etched solar rays emanating outwardly.
The plaque itself is a cut corner rectangle accented with a slender patterned border of white gold. At the apex an open work bale attaches to the original ornate link chain.
