Story
The Three Graces prides itself on having items of jewelry which are one-of-a-kind. Our collection of moonstone pieces falls right into that category. Today finding a moonstone with a true blue flash which is also clear and vibrant ranks as no easy. Most often the stone is in reality a labradorite with large visible inclusions – termed a rainbow moonstone.
Offered here is an Edwardian era 14k yellow gold ring which features a blue moonstone of 2.4 carats. The electric blue gem is cut into an oval cabochon. This shape enables the moonstone to show off its color to best advantage.
The shimmery blue gem is bezel set into a yellow gold mounting and accented with an artfully twisted border. Open trumpet shaped shoulders are each fitted with two circular gold elements which segue into a smooth unadorned shank.
