Beautifully balanced symmetry employs opals and diamonds in an arrangement of visual pleasure for this mid 1940s 14k yellow gold ring.
A trio of oval white opals show off their flashing color play. These vibrant gems have a wide array of coloration from blushing pink to robin's egg blue. Set horizontally, the larger stone is flanked by two smaller ones…seguing perfectly into stylized open work shoulders.
Around the center opal a quartet of brilliant cut diamonds, total weight of .12 carats (H-I color; SI1-3 clarity) square off at the corners. Sides are incised with a curvaceous design.
