An stand-out example, this vintage enamel flower brooch is created in the continued tradition of the Art Nouveau and Edwardian periods. This takes three color gold to new heights within the large leaf along with superb multi colored realistic enamel for the bloom.
The flower is exquisitely modeled with the use of pale pink interior, purple tipped edges and tiny veins of crimson red. Gold stamens reach upward and within their interior is set a single cut diamond of .04 carats.
Surrounding the five-petaled undulating flower is a textured whip of gold on which is attached an exceptionally crafted leaf. It uses white gold for the veins, yellow gold for the majority and touches of rose gold for shadow and dimension.
Circa 1930, it is all original and in wonderful condition.
