SPECIAL MARKDOWN!
An example of the premier work of a Victorian jeweler is spot lighted in this fabulous 14k yellow gold pendant locket. The piece features an enamel painting on a porcelain panel of a classical image of a cherub in colors of black, pale yellow, pink and white. Highly detailed, the curly haired boy holds a vase in his open palm.
Beautiful wire work surrounds the enamel plaque as well as accenting the surface of the uniquely shaped locket. Gold granulation and twisted rope add visual interest. Even the original bale is appointed with this fancy metal work.
Hinged at the top and opening from the bottom, the interior reveals a compartment ready to receive a photograph or other piece of memorabilia. The reverse is unadorned and ready for monogramming.
