Story
The moon and its crescent form is often used to characterize the feminine moon goddess and the guidance associated with women’s intuition.
Romantically rendered in 18k yellow gold, fifteen turquoise half cabochons graduated in size from 1.5 mm to less than 1 mm in diameter sensuously follow the inside curve of the crescent. In addition, twenty-seven natural freshwater half seed pearls appoint the outer border accented with a sawtooth perimeter.
At one o’clock a 3.8 mm cultured pearl center set in a star motif swings freely from an affixed “O” fitting. The apex is fitted with a gold pendant bale which is threaded with a modern 14k yellow gold chain necklace.
