The geometrics of Art Deco design are unmistakeable. Straight lines and wondrous shapes combined with diamonds and vividly colored gems create unforgettable items of jewelry.
Like the skyscrapers of the day a vertical profile reaches upwards with a trio of old European cut diamonds, total of .17 carats (H-J color; SI1-3 clarity) individually set in square and triangular bezels of 18k white gold. The diamonds range from .05 to .07 carats each.
The six-sided mounting sports a synthetic trilliant sapphire (two in all with a total weight of .08 carats) at the north and south terminals and placed in triangle shaped bezels. Synthetics are correct for the time period and were the marvel of their day.
Flower motifs adorn the 18k setting with incised accents dotted about the bezels. Shoulders have a decorative wheat sheaf pattern embellishing the sides.
