Taking its cue from the shapes that were so ingrained in Art Deco design, this 14k white gold ring is right on the square.
Akin to those decorative screens of that era, three “columns” make their mark on the top matrix. Down the center a trio of elongated ovoids stacked one upon the other are each set with an old European cut diamond. Three (3) in all, each weighs in at .10 carats, total of .30 carats.
To the east and west is an image almost akin to an optical illusion…those navette shapes have been split and appear to the right and left of center. Six (6) old single cut diamonds of .02 carats each, total of .12 carats have now arrived!
In all, nine (9) glittering diamonds, total weight of .42 carats (H-J color range; VS2-SI2 clarity) work their magic on this stunner of a vintage ring.
