Story

It is easy to make a case that the locket is one of, if not the most sentimental item of personal jewelry. Typically crafted with the thought of containing a memory…whether a sprig of hair of a beloved or a photograph. Whatever it may be, it is most certainly held close to the heart.

This particular locket pendant is referred to as a double box as it has two compartments, each with a rim, to hold remembrances. Round in shape and low profile in diameter, this can easily be worn every day.

Made of highly polished, soft smooth 14k yellow gold, the sentimental object is appointed on the front with an old European cut diamond of .15 carats (J-K color; SI1-2 clarity) flush set in a starburst gypsy setting.

At the apex is an attached bale with “O” fitting through which to slip a chain or ribbon. The unadorned back is perfect for initials or monogram.
