Story
During the Victorian years there lived a boy who came from a family whose sole focus was the art of jewelry design. All his life he dreamt of being surrounded by gardens of flowering plants and blossoming trees. Alas, he had no choice but to enter the family business. Although the lad was a gifted jeweler who created amazing pieces, he still longed to be with the jewels which nature made.
Now this fable has a happy ending, as our clever young man was inspired to make and be immersed in beautiful items which replicated the wonders of the world. Behold this Victorian earring done in homage to the cape lily flower. Almandine garnets - one (1) round faceted and six (6) faceted pear shapes - join crimped 10k yellow gold bezel settings in a rich tribute to how duty and dreams can co-exist. For the pair, two (2) round garnets of .15 carats each and twelve (12) pear shaped garnets of .70 carats apiece unfold in true fashion.
