Story

An inspiring variation on the classic cluster ring, we find a series of twenty-one (21) old European and old mine cut diamonds of a total estimated weight of 1.00 carats (H-J color range; SI1-3 clarity) pavé set into silver. The diamonds are placed so closely together that it cannot be ascertained where one ends and another begins.

The typical round or oval form has been transformed into a horizontal ellipse shape with a .24 carat centered diamond at the apex. The antique ring presents as a veritable sea of pure brilliance and glitter across the finger with an 18k yellow gold shank. Dating to the later part of the 19th century, a low profile adds ease of wear. Choose this for an engagement ring, or a splurge.

Date: Circa 1890.
