A celestial halo of ten (10) rose cut diamonds with a total estimated diamond weight of .39 carats lights up to visually appear as about .58 carats of diamond glitter. Each diamond has been foiled and set closed back in a rub over collet of silver. The diamond surround encloses an oval faceted natural topaz of an estimated 1.75 carats foiled and also set closed back in pinched collets of 18k yellow gold. A later date expertly reshanked band of 18k yellow gold is historically correct with split shoulders and smooth shank. While our photography shows the topaz with dark areas, it person it is bright, golden and with no dark patches!
Date: Circa 1800 for the cluster, later 20th century shank.
Important: Foiled jewelry should not be exposed to water for any extended period of time nor soaked in any other liquid. In addition, avoid steam cleaning.
