Place this Art Deco platinum ring upon your finger and you will dazzle the universe. Partially hand crafted, this ring is an early example of the use of platinum in jewelry. Of the finest quality, the piece is masterfully constructed with hand finishing. It is so well made that even the interior sings of perfection.
Configured in a dome shape, diamonds virtually cover every millimeter of the platinum surface with a total estimated diamond weight of .72 carats with a look that is seen as three times the carats. A centered old European cut diamond of an estimated .42 carats anchors the ring with its square mille grain accented bezel.
Open work of single scroll forms and linear elements capture twenty (20) additional old European cut diamonds within their mille grained confines. All twenty-one diamonds (21) are white and bright with H-I color and VS2-SI1 clarity. Not only does this Art Deco piece display amazing craftsmanship from every angle, rings such as this can no longer be found.
Date: Circa 1925.
