Exceptional craftsmanship will make you do a double take thinking that this is “the real thing” with carved pastes resembling real emeralds, rubies and diamonds. The green glass even has internal “inclusions” similar to that of real emeralds.

Orbs of green paste are capped at each end with a red paste cabochon and a surround of pave set white pastes. Six in all are joined one to the other with small “O” fittings interspersed with white paste set globes. The clasp is a matching paste sphere with an opening for the male fitting. Measurements: 7-3/4 inches (19.7 mm) in length by 5/16 of an inch (0.7 cm) in width. Weight of 37.2 grams (23.9 dwt).

Condition: Excellent; all pastes white and brilliant; green carved pastes have light overall wear and tiny nibbles to carved edges only visible with magnification.
