Story

Here we see a transitional cut diamond of an estimated .45 carats (H-I color; SI1 clarity for only clear inclusions) and a pair of trilliant cut synthetic emeralds set in a filigree mount of 18k white gold. The main diamond rises regally in a lozenge shaped bezel of white gold. The open work under gallery does justice to the central diamond and allows light to filter in impact on a prism in a palette of color. The triangle cut emeralds nicely complement the diamond with their bold vibrant color.

Date: Circa mid 20th century.
