Established in San Francisco in the 1920s as a manufacturer and retailer of high end jewelry the firm of the Granat Brothers has a reputation for fine craftsmanship and the use of high quality diamonds and gemstones.

Arriving in its original green tooled leather box of issue with yellow velvet and yellow vanilla silk interior branded with Granat Bros Jewelry is a wondrous wedding set of platinum. The rings have been soldered together and can be separated by us if so desired at no charge. The engagement ring sports a centered transitional cut diamond of an estimated .32 carats (G-H color; VS1 clarity) and four (4) single cut diamonds flanking the sides. The undercarriage is embellished with a simple scroll design.

The platinum wedding band is set with six (6) single cut diamonds which transition into a smooth and silken shank. Together the ten (10) single cut diamonds add an additional diamond weight of .17 carats (G-H color; VS1-VS2 clarity) which bring the estimated total diamond weight for the two rings to .49 carats.

Measurements: 1/4 of an inch (0.6 cm) in length north to south on the hand and rises 1/4 of an inch (0.6 cm) in height off the finger. Weight of 8.0 grams (5.2 dwt).

Ring Set Size: US 5-3/4 (UK L; Euro or Int. Circum. 51.2 mm; Int. Dia. 16.3 mm; Japan over 10) and easily can be sized to fit most. Ring sizing information.

Hallmarks: 900 Plat 100 Irid; Granat, Pat. 1982864.

Condition: Excellent. Box has general light wear and some lifting of the leather, interior has darkened and has light use staining.
