Story

Diamonds from the Art Deco period have such an allure. It may be because they are associated with the wild abandon of the times but reality shows us that it is most likely the beauty and fire that they display from each facet. A transitional round brilliant diamond of an actual 1.13 carats (J color; VS1 clarity) is beautifully set in a high rise open work platinum mount. Multiplying the brilliance of the main diamond are fourteen (14) single accent diamonds of a total estimated .07 carats flanking the sides in a pierced cartouche accented with mille grain detail.

Accompanied by an EGL USA certificate for the main diamond which has been removed for accurate weight and grading. Retail replacement for the main diamond alone is $9,490.00.

Date: Circa 1935 for the main diamond; mid to later 20th century for the mount.
