Story

Seated high on the finger this Art Deco solitaire reigns majestically. An old mine cut diamond of an estimated .35 carats (H-I color; VS2-SI1 clarity) rests upon a fluted “base” of 18k white gold. The white on white color theme creates a visual perception of a diamond grander than its actual carat weight. A delicate and feminine open work under gallery is replete with scroll designs and sensuous curves. Each shoulder is embellished with a series of forms including a lovely heart motif.

Date: Circa 1925.
