Story

Art Deco geometry and the aesthetics of fine Belgian lace form a collaboration to create a delicate and feminine brooch pendant of platinum-topped 14k white gold. The open work linear filigree design is accented with a sprinkling of “C” silhouettes, foliate contours and a centered lozenge mount set with transitional cut diamond of about .12 carats.

The period piece was designed with versatility in mind. The reverse reveals brooch fittings as well as the original fold down bale enabling wear as either a pendant or as a brooch. The profile of the brooch is horizontal and that of the pendant is vertical.

Date: Circa 1930.
