Story

One of the secrets of buying a good moonstone is whether it becomes “alive” or “flat” when worn against the skin. As the fates would have it, this beautiful oval blue moonstone displays its blues hues quite vividly. Approximately 2 carats of its adularescent sheen waxes and wanes within a 14k yellow gold accented with a twisted surround of gold open work. Split shoulders embellished with golden orbs provide lovely detailed visual interest.

Date: Circa 1920.
