Story

Gem after gem after gem understates the number of diamonds, sapphires and emeralds in this exquisite platinum bracelet circa 1925. Ten open work panels display platinum filigree at its best. Each panel is reminiscent of those decorative room screens so often seen in the black and white films produced during the glamour days of Hollywood.

With the open work creating the linear negative space design, five hundred-thirty (530) old European and single cut diamonds of about 5 carats form steps, lines and, kite shapes among a geometric confluence. The four corners of each medallion presents a color contrasting right angle of three sapphire or emeralds for a total of sixty (60) emeralds and sixty (60) sapphires. The hinged bracelet supports an under gallery of slightly arched panels to perfectly embraces the wrist with an unimaginable continuous array of precious diamonds, emeralds and sapphire. A hidden tongue and groove clasp completes the Art Deco piece.
