Coral, cannetille, and filigree wirework artistically fuse into an exceptional pair of Georgian-era earrings.
Recalling another time and place, these dangling darlings date to circa 1820.
These are a spellbinding example of day-night earrings. Worn with the top surmount by themselves or by adding their dangle. or suspended drop, they move effortlessly from day to divine.
Yellow gold of 10k has been sculpted into beehives of gold, with added granulation (minute beads or drops of gold). Filigree gold (a flat use of gold wire) and endless coils of more precious metal all make up these intricate earrings.
Four natural cabochons of coral, two in each earring, add their harmonious color. The original back-to-front ear wires remain intact.
