Blurring the lines between art jewelry and bespoke jewelry, take a moment to bask in this Art Deco masterpiece.
Entirely handmade, it consists of 14k yellow gold, touches of platinum, natural sapphires and resplendent emeralds along with rose cut diamond accents.
Stylized in the form of a vase of flowers, but abstracted, the largest emerald and the one beneath and those above represent the urn. Fanning out on each side rest curlicues of millegraine (beaded edged) platinum set with diamond "flowers.
Texture and surface details frame the central panel. At the outer edge, minute calibré cut sapphires are precision set in a channel of gold.
Slightly lower, two north south channels hold vivid natural emeralds.
Engraved in an abstract geometric (so quintessentially Art Deco) the shoulders fan out then taper down to a smooth plain shank.
So often claimed, but rarely supported, this ring is truly one-of-a-kind.
