Milestones & Meaning

Finding emotional solid ground can be a challenge at the best of times. But over these unprecedented months, I realize that human creativity, ingenuity, hope and spirit remain stronger than ever. Amid all the grievous news, there is a core of exceptional innovation and invention, ingenuity and energy, the ideal to do better, to solve, to share and to help.

For me, antique jewelry remains a constant reminder of not only sublime beauty, but a celebration of art and a shared sense of history and continuity. Each piece is a touchstone for the personal connections humans form with the objects that we make, identify with, give and receive.

Symbolic of family, friends, milestones and meaning, loss and love, jewelry continues to be one of the most personal of created objects. Our collective love of jewelry and the arts seems to endure and strengthen during challenging times and hardships. I am honored to present pieces of jewelry that are lightning rods for our passions and interconnectedness and that are emblematic of inspiration and hard work.

It is with deep gratitude that I acknowledge another major milestone in The Three Graces' history, that of turning 18! To be able to continue sharing jewelry that marks milestones from anniversaries to birthdays, that highlights celebrations with objects that are treasured and become heirlooms, is an honor. As one of the multitude of small businesses in the world, this has only been possible with your loyalty and support.

I extend strength, health and peace to you. Lisa Stockhammer-Mial, Owner of The Three Graces
